1/2023 – Bill did a nice job in handling a property I wanted to purchase. I looked at some different things with him in the past ten years, which I doubt he even remembered. But my impression then was he was a “No B.S.” guy. I was correct, if you want to buy it, he’s on board. If it’s not for you, he didn’t harass to get you into something you didn’t want.
I’d recommend Bill. Very accommodating to our sale.
