Bill sold me my house 3 YEARS ago. He continues to check in. When I was looking I was picky, at a time when houses were flying off the market. Bill was patient and continued to take me to look. I told him, it took me a year to buy an old vehicle, a house is a much bigger investment, this isn’t going to be pretty. He didn’t care. I work odd hours, Bill took me to see houses when it was convenient for ME. He answered every call, text and email. He communicated with me about the process (it’s my first house). I was terrified. He was HONEST. If he wasn’t comfortable in a house he didn’t push me to offer, he told me to look for something else. When my house came on the market I told him I wanted to be the first one in it, and I was. I was also the last. He helped me move quickly to secure my home. Last year we called and asked to see a home for my parents. He got us in the same day. He wrote the offer the next morning. 3 Happy homeowners, 2 homes and 1 great real estate agent.
