10/2022 – Bill Tate was really great to work with. This would be the first time buying a house for my wife and I. We had a lot of questions throughout the process and Bill was immensely helpful to us. Always quick to respond to our texts and emails. He was able to accommodate our hectic schedule to show us properties which occasionally meant later in the night and on weekends.
