Bill grew up in Sun Prairie, WI, where he developed a strong work ethic working in his family’s Christmas tree business from a young age. After years of operating Christmas tree lots across Madison and managing a Choose and Cut tree farm, which later expanded into a large garden center and landscaping company in Sun Prairie, Bill was ready for a new challenge. In 2013, he found his true calling in real estate. Now a full-time REALTOR®, Bill is dedicated to delivering top-tier service to buyers and sellers alike. LINDSAY – Transaction & Marketing Coordinator:
A Waupaca native, Lindsay graduated from Waupaca High School before pursuing her education at Marquette University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then dedicated 20 years to her career as a Registered Nurse on the Adult Mental Health Unit at Mercy Medical Center (Ascension), providing compassionate care to those in need. Inspired by her husband Bill’s passion for real estate and the challenges of managing a rapidly expanding client base, Lindsay transitioned into the real estate industry. She obtained her Real Estate License in 2018 and later achieved her Broker’s License in 2024, further solidifying her expertise in the field. Lindsay’s background in nursing has instilled in her a deep sense of empathy, patience, and dedication to helping others—qualities she seamlessly integrates into her real estate career. Her approachable demeanor and genuine care for her clients create a comfortable and trusting experience throughout every real estate transaction.
